Thinking of buying my next IS with sat-nav.

Know nothing about it whatsoever, apparently there is a fuel computer incorporated within it, can somebody tell me more, and also is the extra £2500 worth forking out on.

you're gonna get pan-European satnav and trip computer. On the GS, the climate and audio is also controlled by the touch-screen on the satnav (not sure if this is the same for the IS)

I don't see how Lexus charge so much for the IS sat nav. No touch screen, no audio/climate/radio intergration and NO FUEL COMPUTER that you get on the other models.

Still it is one of the best systems around and would recommend it. Shame the updates are so infrequent and expensive.

I like my Sat Nav. I don't use it very often...

But when I do need it, "it does exactly what it says on the tin!"

Just got a new is witrh dvd based sat nav (not CD based like my old one)

Just out of interest, I typed in my friends address in munich, and discovered it to be 725 miles from my gaff to hers. Given that, I might drive next time to visit now!
