Replacement Stereo

Hi

Ive recently brought a IS220D SEL no sat nav, im looking to replace the stereo for a modern touch screen can anyone make any recommendations?

There are Android units for sale on eBay and Aliexpress.

The biggest problem I have found is the dash layout makes it difficult to fit aftermarket as the heater controls are part of same module for OE HU.

i have gone for a pioneer double din touch screen with car play and android play on it. To fit this I have ordered a connects2 CTKPLX02 facia that totally replaces the centre dash section so heater controls etc are on a touch screen also.

i should finally have it in a couple of weeks,once all fitted I will post up some pictures of how it looks

£400 for a plastic fascia kit!!  Plus the cost of the Pioneer you're going to be getting close to a grand!  Why didn't you go the V-Line route??

Na didn’t cost that got pioneer off fleabay for £100 and facia was £250 from car audio direct.

looking at v line it wouldn’t work with mine as I don’t have the standard nav.

Yes I certainly did works brilliantly,USB routed under centre console and a USB socket located by OE aux.

the touch screen heater controls and touch screen double din modernise the dash in my opinion.
