New head unit for is 250 - tablet size / tesla

HI All

If this in the wrong section I apologize I'm new to the forum,

I have just purchased my first Lexus, its a black IS 250 with 66k on the clock from London UK. The car is tidy with a nice 18 inch allows. Having just driven it some 100 miles back home I am pleased that it hasn't missed a beat.

I find the only thing that is letting the ar down is the stereo/ head unit.

I have seen a few newer aftermarket units that would really make the drive more pleasurable. Basically, I am looking for a Tesla equivalent that I can use google maps and connect the phone for hands-free talking. 

I wanted to know if anyone has experience of using any of the below aftermarket kits and if there were any downsides such as airbag light not working

so have you got the 'Navi' Multimedia/Mark Levenson option with TFT screen(bottom pic) fitted in your 250 or the AM/FM radio (top pic)

Ok....

That eBay ad you link to states that if you have sat nav screen 'optical' in their words then unit cannot be fitted!

And "Lexus is without optical it can be installed" 

So if you have sat nav/media player/TFT screen (bottom pic in my first post) is that unit going to be suitable?
