High pitched noise from front wheels

I'm getting a high pitched noise from front wheels it's intermittent and mainly when warm. Lexus have said that it's a common thing on their cars and is caused by brake dust.

Has anyone else had this problem ?

If it's been dry/dusty for a while then maybe so. So first (easy) course of action would be to 'hose' down front wheels and arches and see it that makes a difference, if it does then a strip down and clean may be in order and possibly a change of brake pad manufacture/material.

Check how much material is left on your pads, from experience when they get to be about 3/4 worn they start to emit the most awful intermittent screeching noise that lasts for about 50 miles
