2004 rx 300 bcm

can anybody tell me the location of the body control module on my 2004 rx300 

have checked under dashboard both sides and behind kick plates 

have even been to lexus Leicester and asked them but nobody seems to know were it is

There is no such thing as a BCM on the series II RX300. There are multiple control modules, all looking after elements of the electronic systems which are categorised as BCMs.

What control system are you specifically looking for?

Worth checking all your fuses if you have multiple issues - not only the fuses boxes in the cabin but also in the engine bay.
