GS300 mk3: What is this button for?

Hi,

I have Lexus GS300 mk3 2005 for a month now and I'm loving it, I'm still learning all the features it has.

I came across this button which I cannot find any information about, I checked the manual but it's not shown there.

Anyone has any idea what this button is for?

Probably to switch off the ultrasonic transducers in the car for movement detection for the theft alarm.

I bought a 2005 Gs300 last month and this switch was bugging me too! At least I’m not the only one who couldn’t figure it out!
