Saw a very nice looking LS400 on the A127 tonight. Registration started with L400.

My old MK3 was L400 UFO and gold in colour. Sold it earlier this year to someone in the London area. Showing as SORN at the moment though.

Yesterday (Sat 29 June) spotted a beautiful Mk IV LS400 in imperial jade mica on the A22 south of Uckfield. Also saw two LS430s, both looking very clean.

I was on the A22 south of Uckfield on Saturday evening - maybe you saw me?  My handbook gives the colour Kensington Green - is this the same as Imperial Jade?

Think that might have been you. They gave different names to the paint depending on the country. 6Q7 is the code, I believe.

I didn't see another LS all day, so it probably was me.  Went to The Laughing Fish at Isfield for a meal.  The car needs a good clean, so it could have looked even more beautiful.

Whether or not it was me that Phil (Newbie1) saw on the A22 south of Uckfield, I discovered soon afterwards that I'd been driving around for two months with an expired MOT.  Whoops. 

Good news: after 21½ years and 159,000 miles the car passed - with no work and no advisories.  I'm happy.

3 years ago I discovered I'd been driving for 3 months without insurance, we'd even been to Cornwall!  A change a email address meant I didn't get the reminder, I was mortified!  Certainly a lesson learned.
