I am soon to collect my 2014 CT F-Sport and found this forum so I thought I would say hello.

It has been a long time coming (first test drove a CT 3 years ago but changed my mind) but i am looking forward to a step up in terms of quality and economy. I am moving from a 2010 Civic Type R which has served us well but it rarely gets driven like it was supposed too and with 28-29mpg plus £300 ish road tax a year it was time to go. I researched the CT to the tiniest detail and have this forum to thank, I know the car has its issues but it suits us perfectly now and I think it was the right choice. I test drove the new Corolla in top spec with the 2.0 engine and that is a great car but i don't want to pay the depreciation so the CT makes sense.

Any hints and tips welcome, looking forward to a new mature way of driving.
