I would complain to the parrent company of the group, and I have heard of similar problems with said group before but not with Lexus.

You should push for the free service as an appology as you felt harrassed by them, and the fact they tried to break the contract with you. Also state you are now not sure as to having the car serviced with that particular Lexus dealer, as others are just as close. It might work in your favour, and what have you lost nothing.

Remind the dealer that you went to them because of the good dealings with there VW franchise.

Glad it is all sorted now.
