Where the Hell is my low beam headlamp fuse?

2006 Is220d Sport.... I've been scouring the internet and owners manual, which tells the table of a mysterious 2nd fuse box under bonnet? It's not there where it said it was. My nearside headlamp low beam doesn't work, there is apparently 2 sided fuses in a fantasy fusebox, so before I fork out for another headlight.... Does anyone know where this fuse is?
