Heko wind deflectors fitment

Just wondering if anyone’s instslled these!? 

Im having a nightmare with them! I’ve had to trim the edges, but the window detects somethings in the channel and won’t close  and goes back down

Had some on the RX and just the same. Eventually got them to fit but the additional noise was annoying. Definitely form over function.

What did you do to fit them in the end

iirc a bit of trimming was involved but it was fitting and refitting that did it in the end. Sorry, not much help.

No worries, i think it’s the top back corner where it catches so i’ll Have a trim around there and see what happens

Been looking at getting a set of wind deflectors , has anyone had any dealings with the Climair set for a IS250 2008?

I've had Climair on my IS250 for the past 4 years and honestly had no issues. They fit perfect and no noise or movement. I did look at Heko but could only find the fronts and no rears, also some others are the sticky ones.

 

Climair just slide in and has two clips on the side, installation took me 20 minutes for the whole car.

You have to choose Lexus US, to find the correct version for the IS250. I think they come from Germany, but very well packed and come with instructions.

I have Heko deflectors on my CT,i found placing the clips in the side channels worked ,not the top channel.I think i had to widen a couple of the clips with a screwdriver to finagle them a bit.
