faulty sat-nav

I have an intermittent fault with the sat-nav and reverse camera I have removed the item all the connections are tight nothing seems to be amiss the car is a 2004 LS 430 any help would be much appreciated Thanks

Adrian a little guide on what the fault is with the satnav, and camera would be helpful.

Hi John  when the fault arises the screen goes blank , the only item that is visable is the time all other functions cannot be used ie radio volume temperature settings camera sat-nav

this can happen at any time. The screen can stay blank all day, the next day it can be on . I hope this helps  Adrian
