Lexus is220d fuel pressure dropping rapidly

Hello everyone. I have very delicate issue with my lexus is220d 2008. Car starts and drives, but some time loose power, starts to rattle( its gives same effect as MAF sensor issue) I brought it to garage and diagnostics guy says "fuel pressure dropping rapidly" Please help as this machine trying to win over human being, I figured this is insult to all of us...)
