RX wheels on IS?

Hi, I have a IS250 SE-L 2007 and I am looking for some new wheels. My current ones are the common 17" multi spock ones (8j et45). I have found this set I like but it comes from a RX. They are: Center Bore: 60.1 mm RIM: 7.5JJx18 ET35 PCD: 5x114.3 My understanding is that they should fit? They should stick out a little more than oem but I am not too sure about the width as they are narrower than my current ones. I assume that there will be no issues with clearing the brakes.
