Scuff plates

Don't know if your RCF or RC is suffering with scratched kick or scuff plates. Mine does even though its low mileage. The previous owner didn't lift his or her feet up as they left. The inner sill is quite high and you can't help catching the black plastic sill cover with your shoe. Its not cleanable and I have tried and it bugs me. So. I ordered some new ones today from Lexus parts direct Swindon.

Just for reference: Delivered to my door and with our club discount and for both sides the it came to £152.08.

They do mark very easily, my car is less than 8000 miles and they look pretty scuffed, I've tried various products like plastic headlight lens refurbishing compound and that seemed to make them worse. Carbon fibre replacements would look out of place and probably tougher but I'm not sure anyone makes them.

No. Not seen any. Lexus offered me the upgraded illuminated ones but they were £330 a set.
