The B-Pillar on the drivers side of my car has been scratched badly by the metal seat belt retainer. Has anyone else had the same issue?

Is it possible to replace the B-Pillar upper moulding, if so does anyone know the cost in the U.K. for doing it?

Part you looking at is:

GARNISH ASSY, CENTER PILLAR, RH PN 62410-53010 - cost is ~£100-150. There are multiple colour codes so you will need to get correct one ordered, I guess you one would be PN 62410-53010 C0 (F-sport black).

Plenty in eBay US as alternative (works out ~£73 and I doubt you would need to pay duty):
