As for the header,, man what a mare i had today,, spent hours trying to get the thing out of the engine bay (bolts off no problem) in the end had to remove the steering coloum elbow thing, then the bugger came out..

Then when fitting the new header, i realise the steering coloum is properly in the way and will not allow the new header to be fitted, SOO had to put the other one back on,, THEn the rain came.. :tsktsk: :tsktsk:

Thought that might be the case. Doh!

Fargo, why did you choose the NA path rather than FI?

Im trying to decide if I should spend money now on NA mods like SAFC, intake etc or save up for a supercharger setup. Since the kits on is300.net are designed for LHD cars it would probably have to be a custom setup therefore increasing cost even more.

the short answer is the insurance would not allow me to have a turbo or s/c...

however they would allow me nitrous,,,,yeh i know its a funny world..

and nitrous is F/I my son..

as for the SAFC... well.. i have one in my grubby hands, curently looking into fitting off..
