Does anyone know where I can purchase a new fuel pump filter for my 1993 LS400 or do I have to get one from a Lexus dealer? I can only find them on the internet in the US. The part number seems to be 042511073784 or Denso Fuel Pump Strainer 952-0036.

Have you tried Lexus Parts Direct?  You can find various links to them on this forum, not to be confused with Lexus Spares Direct!

There is a strainer built into the fuel pump in the tank but the fuel filter is located around the near side wheel arch area.

Part number showing for the external filter is 23300-50020.

For non Lexus types
