Removing Battery?

Hello,

how can i remove the Battery without starting the alarm? Is there a workaround that prevent the alarm to be activated?

Car is LS430 2004.

Same here, it's never set the alarm off.

You are lucky. Mine sets alarm off several times.

Did you unlock the car before disconnecting the Battery? 
Unlocking should disable the factory alarm.
Does it have an aftermarket alarm?

From the Owners Manual 
THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEM

To deter theft of the vehicle, this system is designed to
sound an alarm if any of the doors, trunk or hood is
forcibly unlocked or opened or the Battery terminal is
disconnected and then reconnected while the vehicle is
locked.
The alarm blows the horn intermittently, flashes the headlights,
tail lights, turn signal lights and other exterior lights. When the
interior light switch is in the “DOOR” position, the interior lights
also turn on.
After the alarm is activated, when you unlock any door or the
trunk using an ignition key or wireless remote control or smart
key system, the tail lights turn on for about 2 seconds to inform
you that the system was activated.

Mine was set off when I reconnected the Battery. I just 'unlocked' the car on the key blipper and it went off and went back to normal. The key tells the computer it is you, and all is OK.
