Looking to get an IS200

Hi,

I went to see an IS200 today, drove well - reminded me of the IS300 I used to own ages ago. Steering feel 'tight' , with some weight - is that normal?

Also how much does it cost to fill up these nowadays, and what sort of mileage do you get from a fill up?

Saw a bit of surface rust around the rear arches, is that normal?

Oh the headlight washers - can out but was struggling to go back in - is that an expensive fix?

Thanks

Don't forget that these cars are now getting on for anything between 15 and 21 and a bit more years old, cost over £300 a year to tax if registered after the tax changes in 2001,cost about £90 to fill up with petrol.A bit of wd40 would probably cure the washer jet issue. As you are probably well aware they are not the most economical cars and you are probably looking at about 400 miles or thereabouts to a tank of petrol depending on driving style
