I updated mine just over two years ago (RX450h 2011) from the original 2011 maps to the 2017 ones.

I cost me £160 from RMB Lexus Teesside via a USB stick and took over 2 hours to complete but included a Hybrid Check .

Someone just recently had a quote from a Lexus dealer near London and was given a price around £380 so it may depend on what the dealer is like you go to.
