Got my first service tomorrow, was going to leave the service book on the front seat so it can be stamped but I can't find it. Don't Lexus use physical books anymore for stamping in the service?

Thanks

Seems to be done online instead these days especially in recent years with new cars, although I gather you can still get a service book

Both of my NXs (2017 and 2018 registered) had/have a hard copy service book supplied. Unless this is something new, believe you should have one with the pdi marked as completed for a start...

Quite agree. In fact I'm pretty sure that with approved used cars it is a condition that a service book or fully stamped replacement is supplied. Both my RX450h s have come with replacement books because of GDPR

I had a warrantee/service book in the wallet with the car. I has the service intervals and every item that is done on each service.

First service in two weeks, just over 4000 miles now.

Just got car back from dealers, they've given me a booklet with all the service details, and hybrid health check, do l'll store this in the wallet.

Incidentally, I've "really" noticed that the steering is now making a slight whirring noise when turning (stationary or moving slowly) It never did this before the service, taking it to Lexus for a listen a little later.

Went to the Lexus garage, sat in another UX, it makes the same noise... Conclusion, the radio was switched off, whereas it's always on, so possibly this is the first time I've heard this!

Oh well, at least it's ok 👍
