Not connected to or advocating this seller in any way but this could be a proper ‘bargain’ if you were to be handy with the spanner’s and have got ‘Techstream’, what d’you reckon?

almost ‘Donor Car’ money but thinking about it why would you want a donor car for one ( if not the most ) reliable cars I have ever had! Dohh!

It could be but I would imagine the previous owner had looked into repair and it wasn’t something simple like an ABS wheel sensor so chopped it in PX. As you say someone handy with the right gear could probably sort it but with a possible £1000.00 plus for an ABS block you could still be in trouble.

Love to see the tech stream read out though.

Agreed the previous owner may have had someone ‘look’ at it but we all know it depends ‘who’ looks at it! And weather they just want you to throw parts at it or really know their stuff! And yes it may take a few quid to get sorted ( I would go for second hand parts in this instance) but if you were gonna be keeping it for a while ( and we know they do age well ) then it really could be a bargain and a lot of car for the money.

Not bad mileage, I have seen some IS 250 cars with 60-70k miles 07-08 go for £2500-£3,000. My money would to go with one of them with service history and get a cheap ride 😄
