How do I replace the front grill on my lexus nx 300h f sport?

I'm sure that I recently read here that you can buy access by time to the official workshop manuals. 

Suspect this isn't a job for the fainthearted. 

I know that replacing the trim on the bottom of the grill on my car  apparently involved removing the entire front panel. 

Fortunately it was at the dealers expense 😎
