Swap 1G-FE with a 2JZ-GE

Hello everybody. I’m new here, hope you are all good and save at home right now. I just bought a IS200 from 2004 with the 1G-fe engine ( inline 6, 2.0L) and I want to buy a 2JZ-GE (non turbocharge) from the IS300 but not sure if it fits with my 6 speed gearbox. Anyone knows if they match? I mean 2JZ engine block and my 6 speed gearbox? Thanks a lot

Hi Cesar, welcome to the club, i do recall it being discussed on here the the gearbox from IS200 will not fit or work with the 2JZ-GE engine engine block. Have a read of this article below on manual gearboxes which are compatible.
