Yes, if the valve is the same. Just go slowly as the amount of air is obviously much less than a car tyre.

What type of bicycle is it? Normal road bike should be around 50 to 60 PSI, and a mountain bike around 40 PSI. A road racing bike is normally around 90 PSI but that wouldn't have a car (Schrader) valve. There is normally a max. pressure rating written on the side wall of the tyre.
