parking sensors

Just bought a Lexus 300h 2014 plate, seems I don't have parking sensors, which I thought all
Lexus models came with. Am I right in thinking this and that I have to find it in the screen set up 
or do they just not come with sensors.

Parking sensors were an option on the SE grade, standard on all others.

thanks for the reply mine is an SE, so can I get them added - is it a lexus dealers thing or can any garage do it?

you can get an aftermarket one installed by any garage but for a genuine integrated one I'm not sure if it is possible even at a Lexus dealer - you would have to speak to your local dealer to confirm.

I'm sure any dealer would be happy to fit as a genuine accessory. You'd pay through the nose but you get the guarantee. Or as Colin says, any decent bodyshop/garage could do them but there is quite a range of quality out there.

The issue is I'm not sure it is an accessory. It is probably only a factory fit so the wiring will not be in place if it didn't come with it and a not factory system won't integrate into the dashboard display. If that is the case then what a dealer can offer isn't any more than any other third party installer for less money.
