Worn 2014 GS leather seat

Recommended Posts

I really should take a picture.  I've grabbed one off the internet to try to show the problem.  (my seats are black)

Basically the black dye has worn off on the side of the seat

If it’s just scuff marks you would probably get away with something like leather balm recolourant, plenty of choices on fleabay. Black is an easier colour to work with.

So you don’t need one with a sealant etc?  I haven’t got around to doing the water test.

If you go to the Furniture Clinic website it explains what you need to do for different leather types and repairs. I’m doing major refurbishment on mine at the moment using their products.
