My NX received its second annual service today at Lexus Swindon, and as usual the standard of service was excellent. My courtesy car today was an ES Takumi, which I must say was rather nice.

I thought it was worth a call out to all at Lexus Swindon as a thank-you, especially Ferdinand and Rob. It must be tricky - to say the very least - to operate effectively given the current national situation, but they did everything perfectly. It just goes to show that a great car would be no good without great service to back it up. Fortunately, Lexus and Lexus Swindon deliver on both counts.

Lexus Swindon have always served me well over two purchases and fours years of ownership. Nothing has been too much trouble. First class from the whole team :thumbsup:
