Radio and telephone calls cutting out for few seconds

Hi everyone,

 

I have bought IS300h Executive 2015 model recently. I have noticed that the radio or telephone calls are cutting out for few seconds whilst using the car. Initially, I thought it was happening when the car engine was switching to EV mode. Later,  it seems to be happening more randomly. 
 

Any ideas why this could be happening ?

Is IT an Iphone if so make sure your phone is not on do not distreb or if you have The im in my car Settings on

Mine dose IT when IT is pluged in to The USB socket but is ok on Bluetooth

Thank you for the reply.

My Iphone is not on “do not disturb mode”.

I will have a look at the infotainment system with regards to “Im” setting which you have mentioned.

I feel that it may be more to do with the car infotainment/electric system rather than the phone (since it also does the same problem when using the radio alone).
