Well that was not as easy as I thought - 3 Hrs approx to change the drive belt and assemble the car back again.

Had to remove the Hydronic Fan, the casing around the fan, top hoses and the engine lower shield, getting the belt off was easy, putting a new one was a complete *&^%* of a job, but it's now done and the Power Steering is working properly again - Phew, had the horrible feeling it may be the pump which was going to cost £400 +, just need to sort out a small squeaking noise at first start up, only lasts for a second, it sounds like it may be the alternator bears, will need to run a few tests first before attempting that though, not an easy job for that one either by the looks of it.

That looks like an awkward belt to do! Wheres the tentioner on it? I had a look earlier but found one that kinda looked like one, but couldn't tell how to release/tighten it.

The Tensioner Pullier is the only pullie that doesn't have any ripples on it, it's also the only pullie that the belt goes around upside down, attached is a picture showing the bolt you need to locate, using a 14 mm wrench - spanner is now good, you'll only loose your knuckles when the spanner slips.

You don't loosen the bolt but use the bolt to move the Tension Pullie downwards, you do this by placing a 14 mm socket on a torque wrench and turn clockwise - in other words, tightening the bolt up, this will move the pullie downwards releasing the Tension on the belt.

BUT to get to the pullie bolt, you'll need to move the Fan and remove the Casing behind the fan, should only take about 3 Hrs.
