What would you purchase 2019 Lexus RX f sport with Takumi pack 2020 model year £43500 or 2019 Lexus RX 450h Takumi 2020 model year £49995 both have 6000 miles one black one sonic silver

The F Sport with Takumi Pack seems better value, but ultimately, the Takumi Spec will have a few better quality components (Semi Aniline Leather, Mark Levinson? for example)  and slightly different styling so it really depends what you want and in addition what colour you prefer.

I'd go F Sport, but as it looks and drives differently your choice needs to consider that.

I would go for whichever one is black .. but then I am biased being on my second black RX450h 😀

Probably neither as I would rather have a premier 2 years older, save shed loads of cash on purchase price and VEL. 

I am rather biased though 😂😂
