hi all

I went to push my headlight jetwash button and it has popped out of its surround thus leaving it unusable.

Any ideas to how I can attach something strong to it, so I can pull it back into its surround casing.

Hope  this makes sense .

Its going to tricky....think I might put a blob of silicon on the button and bed into it something like raw plug or plastic tube and let it set and see if i can pull it into position....

Thank you Herbie for sharing this video

It's really a very simple job. Five minutes and you'll have the trims off, switch back in place and trims back, job done.

I took mine out to change the cig lighter for a USB socket for my phone and anything else that may need a USB connection:

That's a great idea herbie ....do the electrics need to be soldered or is it an male female type connection

Well, it's more than 3 years since we traded the RX300 in so I may be wrong, but I'm almost certain that they were just normal push-on spade connectors.
