Traction , Vsc , warning triangle .

I just bought the is 250 and bought it knowing issues . Did a scan and came up with C1231 code Steering Angle sensor , also rear brakes binding but not sure if this is related as seller says it’s been sitting few months . Discs and pads look well down so probably a job anyhow to replace them all. Also central locking / smart key not working other than starting the car via push button start . I did get the car cheap so budgeted spending but don’t want to buy items that need not , thanks from a newbie Lexus owner
