Anyone know how many LC500’s there are in the UK, I’ve had mine three weeks now and haven’t seen any others on the roads in Cheshire, Lancashire, Staffordshire or Derbyshire.

422 LCs sold up to the end of Sept 2020 according to Lexus GB's sales figures. Not sure on the split between V8 and hybrid, I think it is around 2:1.

Those figures preserve the exclusivity.

422 is surprising, but neither have I seen one, or any of my petrolhead friends seen one...

I wonder if Colin can find out how many of the 422 are Sport +'s...

I have a similar LC 500 coming this week. But mine is a 2018 model. I got an email with photos etc, and bought it before their website showed any photos...

I had never heard of the company selling it... They specialise in modifying 4 by 4's...   https://www.urban-automotive.co.uk/

I had an LS 400 and an SC 430, 20 years ago... I am looking forward to driving my Sport +

I should have had another Lexus before now... The LS 400 had a better ride, than most of the cars I have had since...

There's a useful website called HowManyLeft.co.uk. This is a spare time website set up by "a developer and car geek", according to the background page. It takes the publicly available DVLA statistics and feeds them into an easily accessible website format.

According to this there were 123 Sport + Autos registered in the second quarter of 2020 and four SORN. This is the link.

You'll see that these come under the heading of LC600. Is there an LC600 or is this a typo? Most of the LC500s are listed under this heading. In addition there's another section headed LC500. Adding the totals for both these sections gives 367 registered if I've added those up correctly.

there is not a LC600 but there is a LS600.

there is probably quite a high proportion of sport + cars, at the start each dealership was allowed 2 LC"s i i would expect that they went for the top of the range for there demostraters and also added HUD and ML.

admittedly i don't drive very far but in the last 3 years i have seen a total of zero LC's on the road

I have endeavoured to put some figures together looking at your above link...

The figures for Licensed, are as follows...

LC 500 Sport +   1162.  LC 500 Sport   216.  LC 500   277

Interesting split of the LC 500 models...

My LC Sport + is being delivered to me next week. I have sold my Taycan 4S, because I think I will be driving the Lexus often...!

This seems to confirm that most of the initial dealer stock were fully loaded Sport + models.
