No Power

Hi all new to this page as just bought my first Lexus IS200 sport . It’s got a power issue problem. When I bought it I was told that the third Catalytic converter was crushed/damaged ur being so low. Put a decat pipe on to find the cat had inners had been removed however replacement was needed anyway due to blowing out. At the same time Eml Light was on with code P0420 due catalytic converter not working properly . Cleared the code and I have been driving it for the last few days and hasn’t come back on but still no power from 3,000rpm up to top End.

anyone have same or similar problems??
