LA460 PCS light come on dash

Hi can anyone help as I was out in the car today when manoeuvring in a car park my PCS light came on along with the yellow triangle. Car drives fine, goes off when car ignition off and car restarted but now comes back on after about a mile. Is this likely to be a sensor problem or any ideas? Is this a trip to the dealer to turn off or is there anything I can do? Not long bought the car so hoping it’s nothing too bad. Thanks for any advise.

I would start by cleaning the radar detector behind the Lexus badge then get the codes read. 

If the ECU has failed prepare yourself by sitting down first before asking the cost of repair.

Hi Steve, I cleaned the said area and so far all is good I really hope this has solved it. I drove 80 miles today and all ok so my fingers and toes are crossed!
