A few pics of my previous LS430

Recommended Posts

I found a few photos of my old LS430 that I bought with 75000 miles on the clock and over the following 12 years did another 100,000 miles. The greatest expense was the radiator issue otherwise just survivable items. We drove to the South of France and all over the UK. A truly great car until the ecu and throttle body played up and with the low value of the car I decided to let it go, something I may live to regret.

It's strange the way we part with what are potentially great cars and then regret it.  My MK4 LS400 is a good example, as is my last LS430, a truly immaculate car.  Then there's my GS300 that appeared on eBay last week being described as "in rare condition". So my current Celsior is staying with me for the foreseeable!

I guess we live and learn but these are truly great cruising cars. I have a Mercedes all that is immaculate and low mileage for its age by a manual gearbox which I wanted but my wife can’t drive so may have to change that and I know I will regret it so for now it stays and I keep looking for a good RX300!
