rob_clio172 395
Well ive had the CT200H 2 weeks now and im absolutely loving using this thing day to day. So comfy, quiet, easy and cheap to drive. Its an absolute joy. Didnt realise the fuel tanks was so small!! I did 15 miles with the fuel light on and just about squeezed £40 into it with an estimated return of 425miles!!! Gave it its first bit of TLC, good wash off, attacked it with the clay bar which tbh there wasnt much to get off, quick polish with super resin and a quick coat of EZ Sl02 ceramic wax, not happy tbh as i needed to take more time over it, the moisture was dropping in the air as the evening came. Dont attack me for no tyre shine i was at the Mrs house and forgot to take it. That last picture you can really see how the moisture dropped. Got some nice beading (i know im sad) and a good picture of frozen beads!
MadJam250 32
Congratulations! Lovely colour combination and scrubbed up well. Hope you have many years enjoyment out of it. I've had mine just over 2 years and no sign of boredom kicking in. Enjoy!

JamesIS220 101
Enjoy it! Your CT looks very nice. I have a 2015 Auris Hybrid Estate. I too like it's cheap running costs. First car I taxed recently that was £0 VED. Had the car for 12 months on the 9th of Jan. Dealer taxed it online for me. Lets hope the new year we can get out more on holiday! Just cant afford/justify spending an extra 15k for a car that really does the same job as my Auris. Adaptive cruise would be great, but auto parking, lane assistance probably would switch off. Sled Driver 26
Hi Rob, Did you get your CT from Lexus Birmingham, next to Fort Dunlop? That's where we got ours last year. Beading looks very very nice!👍🏾 I had mine ceramic coated with Gtechniq EXO and C1 Crystal Lacquer and it's nice to see the water bead and run off so smoothly. Makes washing and drying easy too!👍🏾 Kish

Sled Driver 26
Hi Rob Hope the dealership experience was good? As I've said here before, really impressed with Lexus Birmingham so far. I like the Silver paintwork on yours very shark like indeed!! Mines Velvet Black. Shows up the bad stuff like anything but late summer this year had it all corrected and the ceramic coating applied at a nearby specialist, so feel a lot happier! Going that extra mile on washing and drying to try and keep it good 🤞🏽 I've just ordered a BLO dryer from IODETAIL so should arrive later today. As soon as I use it I'll put some comments to share with the LOC!👍🏽 Kish

I do love black cars, my IS300 is black and like you say it just shows up everything, it needs a good detail. Yeh those blo dryers look good, ive seen people use leaf blowers too. It will need a real good clean once all this snow goes.
