The wheels on my car were in desperate need of refurbishment and one leaked air so I looked into getting them done. I was looking at £500-£600 and although it would have kept it standard I opted, for around the same price to buy these instead, keeping as close as I could to the original style. I'm quite pleased with how they look and feel they make the car look a little more modern.

They look excellent, and as you say a bit like the original style but sharper, good job. Did you need spacers?  It's amazing how wheels can really lift a car, I put these IS wheels on mine, it totally transforms it I think.

Thanks. Yes they came with spacers and a full set of wheelnuts. Funny thing is the guy ordered them from Germany and on the day of fitting they didn't fit, they were hampered by the caliper. Obviously didn't get the offset right. Anyway a week later the correct ones turned up and all was ok. Your wheels look beaut! As you say a nice set of wheels can make such a difference.

And does the car feel any different or just like it did with the original wheels? I assume you've kept to 18"

If you need to put in spacers you will shorten the number of thread turns that are engaged on the wheel nuts.  I put in 10 mm longer studs when I put in a 5 mm spacer on the front wheels. It was very easy to buy aftermarket longer replacement studs for my LS400 . It can surely be done for LS430 too. Buy quality brand!.  They have to be pressed out of the hub. Hammer them out is not something I would do. The wheel ballbearings may get some damage. ( simple puller did that job easy )and the new longer ones pressed in easy with a bigger nut spacer and a wheel nut.  I bought also aftermarket extra long nuts to avoid any hassle also since It is a good idea to keep the longer studs even if say winter tires does not use a spacer.
