Have just tried to jump start my GS300h but am not getting any power to be able to start the on board computers to start the engine. Any idea what the problem could be?

Silly question but what are you jump starting it with? have you got a good enough connection, if you have no joy why not take the Battery out and charge it overnight(assuming you have a charger)
