Navnan2 20
Novice UX owner here. In the "My Lexus" website I get red messages about connecting my multimedia device to enable me to download maps and get SW updates. I follow the guidance to make this connection - navigating from the in car "menu", to "set up" then look for "Navigation". In Navigation the instruction tells me to look for "Connected service" but I don't see this listed as an option to select. Am I missing something or just stupid? Bluetooth is already set up and working by the way. Thanks for any pointers before I contact my dealer.

Barry look at page 2 of the UX forum you will see Sat Nav and PDF manuals youll get some info there that will help. You have to connect the car. My advise would be ring the folks at Lexus connectivity they are very helpful and will get you sorted the Tel No is 01737 367026. I did mine via the wifi direct to car took about an hour. The folks at lexus connectivity will sort you out. Good luck.
