NX300h 2019 Parking Sensor issues..

Hi, does anyone else experience Parking Sensor issues particularly in wet weather conditions? "Parking Assist Unavailable" please clean sensors !!   My NX was in Lexus Stockport service last week for a service, I mentioned the issue and was told..  "this is quite common, they all do it" 

So i'm kind of informed (or fobbed off) it cannot be rectified..  anyone else had this?

^^ There have been a few members report the issue, threads are here somewhere. Neither of my NX have done or do it - they certainly don’t ALL do it - but it seems a fair few do. Vaseline is the solution I’ve read here somewhere...

Yes... a long thread here, all about it... 

 

However, I don't accept that it can't be rectified - of course it can, if Lexus put the appropriate amount of work into it. My dealer swaps out my sensors when I report them and the problem does seem to go away.
