My Lexus RX 450h SE-L makes noise when once car heating is switched on. Please listen to the attached video and advice me on what to do. Please advise best mechanic to fix the fault also.I would prefer a VAT mechanic please.

Wow Josh that's some noise. I'd personally take it to a Lexus dealer to look at. It sounds to me like one of the drive motors may be on its way out.
