I have a Sept 2016 (66 plate)CT200h Advance.

I connected my apple Iphone 6s to the hands free telephone system in the car and assigned voice tags to some contacts so I can use the voice command facility when making a call.

However the voice tags disappeared and when I tried to assign them again the system would not let me as it thinks the names I am trying to add already exist and to try and record a different name for that tag. Is this a common issue or is it something to do with apple phones.

Any idea how to get around it?

I’d love to know how you assigned voice tags!

ive given up and just ask Siri instead
