Is it possible to change from manual cloth seats to electric leather seats?

Hey! I have a Lexus IS300h with the standard package, no nav, regular cloth and leather seats that is manually operated. I found a cheap interior from a scrapyard that is all leather and electricly operated and was wondering if i could just swap it out?

It all depends on if the wiring loom is present on yours in which case it would be a simple case of plug and play,however if the loom is not present then it would require electrical modification.
