1UZ swap, transmission question

Will an A340E automatic transmission bolted to a 1UZ-FE fit in an IS200/Altezza shell? Will the shifter line up?

I know that the 1UZ fits, and Collins makes a kit that joins a CD009 Nissan 350z manual transmission to it via a A340 bell housing. So 1UZ+A340 bell fits, but does the rest of the A340 tranny fit and line up?

I can put an IS300 rear end in and get a custom drive shaft no problem, just dont wanna have to do any cutting (other than the exhaust manifold on the driver side)
