Hi guys

Helli from ireland !!

Signed up as I am on the verge of buying my first Japanese car, a 2012 rx450h.

It is an advance model but I am unsure how to check exactly what spec that is.

It is an ex lexus uk Car and seems in great condition except the carpet mats, cream colour in ireland weather is  a bad idea.

Just wondering where I could get a nice set of plush of front and rear mats.

I am sure I will be on this with loads of stuff to ask.

Thank you

Ronan

Always found OE ones to be the best. Get some rubber ones as they would be the easiest to keep clean.

Lexus parts link: https://lexuspartsdirect.co.uk/parts/lexus-rx/lexus-rx-phase-iii-2009-2015/lexus-rx-3-exterior-interior/lexus-rx-phase-3-black-rubber-floor-mats/

...but check your local dealer too as they sometimes run promotions.

Thanks for that, the shipping to Ireland from lexus parts direct is coming up with nearly 130 pounds. Crazy. I will talk to dealer once I get my hands on the car.

Never had rubber in any car, does it take away from the premium and plush feel ?

I guess that's a compromise that you'll need to balance between plush and Irish weather! 😉
