Word of caution when changing the rear side lights. The wires for the brake lights are so poorly designed has no strain relief resulting in the wires to come away from the crimps. The brake lights are LED which these wires connect. 

The dealers will suggest replacing rear unit - this does not make sense as the lamp connector is separate to the unit?
