I am still getting to terms with my F Sport and have set up Lexus Link on my Iphone.

Looking under service I can see a repair in Feb 2020 [LSC]:LGG25_Lexus RX 2017 &

 

Can anyone enlighten me as to what this means? Is there a list someone for these sort of Lexus Codes?

I have something similar on mine, but it reads:

[LSR]:VGG05_Fuel Pump Replace

The LSR acronym could stand for 'Lexus Safety Recall' maybe? Not sure about LSC though. If you get no joy from members here, you could contact Lexus Customer Relations, they've always been pretty knowledgeable when I've emailed them in the past.
